How much does delivery cost?

Each package includes a delivery fee. A delivery includes four trips (2 for delivery and 2 for pickup). Delivery distance is calculated from 15913 Fairfield Drive, Matthews, NC 28104.

Do you set up the equipment?

Yes! Setup and takedown are optional add-ons.

What size are your tents?

We have 10’x20’ and 10’×10’ pop-up tents, perfect for vendor booths, small events, church functions, and backyard gatherings.

How far in advance should I reserve equipment?

As soon as you know your date — especially spring and fall weekends.
We also accept last-minute rentals if we have availability.

Do you require a deposit?

A 50% DEPOSIT is required to hold all rental equipment and your event date.

Balance amount is due before or at delivery.

What if bad weather is expected?

We offer a weather-friendly cancellation policy:

• Cancel up to the day of your event with no penalty if severe weather is expected.

Tents must be taken down or secured during high winds or storms to avoid damage.

How long is the rental period?

Most rentals are delivered the day before your event with pickup later that evening or the next morning.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, card, or approved digital payments.

Do you require someone to be onsite for delivery?

Yes. Someone must be available to receive and inspect the equipment.

Can you deliver early in the morning for vendors?

Absolutely. Early-morning deliveries for market vendors are a specialty.

What happens if equipment is damaged?

Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Normal wear and tear is not charged.
