Welcome to Our First Weekly Newsletter!

We’re so glad you’re here. Whether you’re planning a backyard birthday, a school fundraiser, a neighborhood block party, or a full-scale celebration, our goal is to make your event easier, smoother, and more enjoyable. Each week, we’ll share practical tips, ideas, and insights from behind the scenes of event planning—starting with one of the most common questions we hear: What should you bring yourself, and what makes more sense to rent? Knowing the difference can save you time, money, and a whole lot of stress, so let’s break it down and help you plan smarter from the start.

Vendor Tip: What to Bring vs. What to Rent for Pop-Up Events

One of the easiest ways to reduce stress on event day is knowing what’s worth renting—and what’s better to bring yourself.

Usually worth renting:
• 10×10 pop-up tent (especially for infrequent events)
• Tables and chairs (uniform size, no transport hassle)
• Tent weights (often required by event organizers)

Usually better to bring:
• Table coverings or branded linens
• Product displays and signage
• Extension cords or lighting (if allowed)

Why this matters:
Large items take up vehicle space, require storage, and can be expensive to replace if damaged. Renting keeps setup simple and helps you show up with professional, event-ready equipment every time.

Planning this ahead of time makes event mornings smoother—and lets you focus on customers instead of logistics.

If you’re a vendor planning events for the 2026 markets, pop-ups, or festivals, planning your booth setup early makes event days smoother and less stressful.
